Malaysia Airlines Travel Fair till 7th March
This time I was eagerly waiting for Malaysia Airlines Travel Fair as they have cheap fares for their destinations. This time round, it wasn't as big as they usually have it. So I was dissapointed! What was even more dissapointing are the fares, it is not as cheap at last year... Aiyah... What for have the fair, if you are not planning on giving cheap rates. Is it a marketing gimmick? to boost sales? to compete with Air Asia?
Really dissapointed Malaysia Airlines!
Now have to wait for Matta Fair or Air Asia to give really good fares.

Stunning Dim Sum Restaurant- with equal stunning price
The deco of the restaurant.
The chairs covered with cloth.
The beautiful lights of the restaurant adding to the ambience of the place.
The "Polo" Pau .
The Menu.
Vegetable with Ginger.
Here is the list of price. If you see on Saturday or Sunday the prices are more expensive.
My rating: Definitely a delicious restaurant, but a hole in the pocket because of the pricey food. Ambience- it very very romantic restaurant with the deco adding to its ambience. Very beautiful setting.
I would recommend this restaurant, but save all your money first before going to this restaurant.

Yuckie Dinner
I would say this is the worst restaurant that I have tasted, low quality, not nice at all. It was somewhere in ladies market area. Can't even find a dish that is nice to recommend, not a single one. I didn't even take note of the food nor the restaurant. First time, I didn't like what I ate in hong kong.
Would never ever ever ever go back to that restaurant again.

Famous Street & Dessert
We decided times square area was not our type, we took the MRT and walk on to look for a place that was recommend for cheap stuff. Cheap stuff, we found but a little old fashioned. As we were looking for the exact street, we ran out of time. Wish we had more time, we wanted to find the exact street as it will lead to wholesale outlets for clothing. Aiyah!!
There we landed in the most famous and recommended area, ladies market. We were given two hours to spend on the street. We went up and down, and we didn't even stop to bargain, the things there was repetitive as all markets are, but I thought the clothing there was a little old fashion. As I have read, from other places, it was suppose to be a place where teenagers hang out. Quickly we went from top to bottom of the street, then we wanted to look for the next suggested street Fa Yuen Street, but was not able to find it, or found it similar to Ladies market. Was dissapointed! Went through all the shopping mall on Nathan road, the best for me was Mongkok Argyle Centre, why? because I bought something, haha!
after two hours, decided to eat dessert, as it was recommended by forumers. I chose the famous Hui Lau Shan. Yahoo! Dessert....
X.O raddish cake
My favourite, mango with tong yuen. Even when I back in my home country, I still have a craving for it ever so often. The mango that they use is fresh mango, that's why there are famous, i think they import it from Phillipines. Love it, mouthwatering dessert. Highly recommended, especially for those who have a spot for mango.

Stanley Bay & Hong Kong Boats
I went to Hong Kong in March, so it was a cold and wet season, we needed umbrellas as it started to drizzle and rain everyday, when we were there. Much to our dismay, but the food quality was not affected by it.

Breakfast-Dim Sum
Wondered how different it would be from our Malaysian dim sum. My uncle drove us to the nearest local dim sum restaurant. It wasn't a famous restaurant, just an ordinary restaurant, but we wanted to taste Hong Kong dim sum so badly that we didn't care whether it was a famous restaurant. Anyway, as we walk in, we saw all the local grandpa grandma eating their breakfast, all eyes were looking at us, and following us as we sat down, I think there were surprised to see us come from out of no where and not someone they know. We felt a bit uncomfortable at first, with everyone staring at us, as if we landed on another planet, but when we the food arrived, we forgot about all the people staring at us. Don't worry, not all Hong Kong restaurant are like that, or I can say this is the only restaurant that have people staring at you.
The porridge, porridge with century egg, the porridge is so smooth and tasty, you know that it has bee cooked for hours and all the ingredients to cook this porridge was just right, not to salty.
Chee Cheong Fun, It has a different taste from the one that I'm used to eating back home. Not bad. It has a similar taste to the Chee Cheong Fun they have in Canton-I.

Char Siew Pao (pork dumpling)
